Overview
Google Authenticator – 2FA Module for Perfex CRM adds an essential layer of security to your CRM environment by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) using the trusted Google Authenticator app.
This plug-and-play add-on allows you to enforce secure login verification for both customers and admin staff, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Once enabled, users will be required to scan a QR code and verify their identity with a time-based one-time password (TOTP) generated by the Google Authenticator app.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing Perfex CRM installation, the module requires no core file changes. No code modification required. Just upload, configure, and secure your CRM with 2FA in minutes.

How to Test
- Log in as a customer or admin using the credentials above
- Scan the displayed QR code using the Google Authenticator app
- The app will generate a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds
- Enter the current code on the 2FA verification screen
- If the code is valid, you will be granted access. Invalid codes will display an error. 2FA cannot be bypassed.
